Ultrasonic transducer application:

Working principle of ultrasonic transducer:

The piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers are used in an ultrasonic flow meter, it uses sound waves to determine the velocity of a fluid flowing through a closed pipe, and its reflections from the fluid are the same. The transmitter processes upstream and downstream times to determine the flow rate.

Its active element is a piezoelectric or single crystal material which converts electrical energy to ultrasonic energy.
